Here are some of the projects I have worked on in recent years.

Cafe Events

Hosting Cafe Events

Back when K-pop cafe events are starting to get popular, I hosted and help out with a few of them. To host the event, we need to book a venue and design all the fan merchandises for give away. 1 to 2 of the cafe events which I helped out was mentioned in an article.

Fragrance's Social Media

Managing Fragrance's Social Medias

During my internship at Fragrance, I have to help to manage the social media by designing posts to post in the Social Media platforms according to the weekly promotions. Some of my designs can be found in Fragrance's Instagram.

During my internship, I have also done an EDM for Fragrance for their Mid Autumn Festival season.

Phototaking

Additionally during my course of intern, other than engaging with influencers and collaborations, I have helped them with several photoshoot for food which the photos are used on their social media platforms, websites, promotion materials and chinese new year period.

Group Buy

Hosting Group Buys

In 2021, I have opened up an Instagram account as well as a Telegram channel and started to host group buys. I will have to liase with the vendors and the buyers. Every time when the food arrived, I will also take photos of them and give a review and shout out to the vendors. All the photos and group buy hosted can be found in Instagram.

After coming up with hosting of group buy in 2021. To further gain awareness from our neighbors, with the help of Canva, I came out with a flyer to distribute it door to door around the neighborhood.

Small Business

Opening of Accessories Business

I have also opened a small business account to sell some accessories, keychains and stickers which I have made and designed. Last year, September, I have also opened a pop up booth in Haji Lane and joined a studio. All the products can be found in Instagram and website.

Flash Mob

Dancer for a Flash Mob Proposal

As a ex dancer, I was asked to help out with a wedding proposal. I gathered some close friends and we choreographed 2 set of dances for the proposal.

Postcrossing Singapore

Designing postcard for Postcrossing Singapore

During December 2021, the Singapore Postcrossing Ambassador suggested to me about designing for an upcoming 2022 Valentine's Day meetup. Information of the meetup can be found in website.

On September 2023, I have also contributed to designing for Mid Autumn 2023 meetup.

Final Year Project

In September 2021 to February 2022, during my course of study as a student from Singapore Polytechnic. We have an opportunity to engage a client based industry project to come out with a full marketing proposal which best fits and solves the client's problem. Dontia Education Social Media

Managing Dontia Education Facebook & Instagram

Since working in Dontia / T32, I have been managing and creating the contents, as well as the posts and reels for the Instagram and Facebook of Dontia Education, bringing an increase of 375% (135) followers and 15% of engagement.

Dontia Newsletter & Namecard

Contribution to newsletter and namecard for Dontia Education

Came out with the idea of newsletter and namecard for Dontia Education. Liase with vendors for the physical copy of the first Vol. of Dontia newsletter and namecard. Also contribute to the designing and contents of the newsletter vol. 1 and vol. 2.

T32 Financial District & AIS Facebook

Managing T32 and T32 related facebook pages.

During my time in T32, I have manage most of the social media. Mostly are T32 Financial District Facebook and AIS. Contents and posts are created and schedule based on weekly basis.

Dontia and T32 Carrd

Making use of carrd.co

I have came out with the idea of using carrd, which acts like a linktree but you can customise and even make it like a website for Dontia Education Home, Dontia Education Contact Us and T32 Profile. They can be even optimised to mobile version to view. Thought of doing this so it looks more presentable and more information can be put up.

During my time in T32, I have been helping out with the designs of collaterals such as banners, newsletter (edm), social media to sent to Jcube, decals of branches, etc.

T32 Smile Instagram & T32 Tiktok

Proposing social media and campaign ideas

Other than just organic posts, I have propose with a ppt to the company to start a Tiktok account as well as an Instagram account for Smile Enhancement.

T32 X Myopia

Collaborations

Worked with Myopia to come with an event collaboration for kids. Get to liase with them, designed the Instagram posts for the collaborations.

T32 / Dontia Videos & Reels

Developing videos and reels

I get the chance to expose to video editing and video interviews with the dentists and also to come up with tv videos and reels for the company. I was able to plan, liasing with the dentists and propose the interview with them, as well as filming and editing the video.

During the school holidays, I did some boothing for my small business and some collab boothing with other small businesses. It was an interesting experience since we have to promote and set up ourselves. We also go around to make some connections with other small businesses.
